Products
Where do you operate?
Sable products are fabricated in my workshop in Abbotsford, located behind Solari Studio, a shop which I run with my partner.
Do you sell items in-store?
Yes, my collection pieces and one of a kind pieces are sold in store.
What is your jewellery made of?
I use recycled .925 Sterling Silver, which is durable and doesn’t tarnish quickly. Some products are created with wax and then cast locally, to be finished in my studio.
I use 9k, 14k and 24k gold to create custom jewellery.
Shipping
How is my order shipped?
I use Australia Post and Sendle to post your items.
How much is postage?
I offer the option to choose at checkout a flat rate of $10AUD for Standard Shipping within Australia/New Zealand or you're welcome to choose free pick up from Solari Studio Wednesdays-Sundays. I am pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $300.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Pre-order pieces take up to 3 weeks to make.
Custom pieces take up to 8 weeks to make.
Collection pieces will be packed within two business days. If your one-of-a-kind piece is being resized, please factor in an extra three days.

Is signature needed and can you ship to a PO Box?
A signature will be required for items over $100
Yes I can ship to a PO Box.
Where is my order?
If you have not received a notification of shipment 21 days after placing your order, please contact me with your order number and I will follow this up. Please keep in mind I am one person handling all aspects of this business and items are made only as they are ordered, so there is a 21 day period where I will be hand crafting your piece.
Once your order has been shipped it is in the hands of Australia Post. I recommend choosing registered post at checkout so you can track your order.

Can I choose Afterpay or Zippay?

Product Care
I use .925 Sterling Silver, which is durable and doesn’t tarnish quickly. However, over time silver will oxidise by exposure to air and this reduces some of its shine. Wearing jewellery daily helps to keep it from tarnishing as the oils in your skin clean the piece.
Storing jewellery is an important element with sterling silver, to ensure it doesn't change colour. Don't leave sterling silver open to airy spaces, such a jewellery box. Store jewellery in an airtight container such as a ziplock bag or a tightly sealed jar. This ensures it's longevity and stops it from oxidising.
To clean your pieces, try removing tarnish with a soft, nonabrasive cloth instead of relying on commercial silver cleaners.
